Investinpotential Ltd exists to help employers find talented graduate-level employees who really match their organisation. We are based in the Leeds area, set up to support the most talented students seeking to reach their potential via a career in business.

By selecting young people at an earlier age than is currently the norm, we aim to reduce the costs and risks associated with traditional graduate recruitment for a select group of employer partners.

We currently have a few opportunities in the West Yorkshire area. If your company:

• Will need to recruit graduate calibre employees within the next two to three years.
• Has either temporary jobs at Christmas or during the summer period, or indeed utilises part-time workers out of normal office hours.
